Dr. Jason Flannagan, DDS

Dr. Jason Flannagan attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his tenure as a student, Dr. Flannagan received multiple clinical achievement awards and graduated with distinction. Since graduation he has continued his involvement with the dental school and contributes as an adjunct faculty member teaching operative and prosthodontic techniques to dental students.

In 2004, Dr. Flannagan was the recipient of the highest dental academic achievement award in the industry, being elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon. This fraternity includes only the top five percent of dentists in the nation.

Dr. Flannagan grew up in Jasper, Indiana and began his post-secondary education at Indiana University Bloomington where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a minor in Business. He and his wife Jaime, originally from Carmel, enjoy golf, vacationing, and supporting area sports teams. Dr. Flannagan is involved in the local community and volunteers in a number of positions in the Indiana Dental Association including Chairman of the Council on Dental Benefits when he is not at the office. Dr. Flannagan and Jaime have four daughters and one son: Ava, Claire, Emily, Brynn, and William.

Sara – Financial Coordinator

Sara grew up in Noblesville and graduated from Noblesville High School. After several years in hospitality event sales and marketing, she took a new journey in dentistry. Finding that her passion over the last 9 years working with Insurance, and patient accounts. Sara is looking forward to getting to know our patient and their families. When she isn’t working you can find Sara hanging out with her two children and two bonus kiddos. Her home is surrounded by three teenage boys that finds her busy with football, rugby, soccer, and dirt bikes. She enjoys spending time with her family and kids.

Sara – Patient Coordinator

Sara grew up in Evansville IN where she met her high school sweetheart, Michael. They moved to Westfield in 2006 and are raising their teenage twin boys in this incredible community. Outside of work, Santini is either with her family, dogs, sitting by a firepit or cheering/crying for the Chicago Bears. 

Amy – Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant

Amy has been a dental assistant for over 40yrs. She is originally from Pittsburgh and is a Steelers fan. She enjoys her 2 grown children, family, friends, mentoring and playing games.

Caroline – Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Caroline has been a dental assistant since 2018. She loves building relationships with our patients and helping them achieve their best smiles. She moved to Westfield with her soulmate to be closer to family. She has a golden retriever named Dax who is a new addition to their household. Outside the office she enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with friends.

Logan – Dental Assistant

Logan has been a EFDA since 2015. She lives in Sheridan with her husband and many animals. Outside of working in the dental field she also runs two businesses and loves to stay busy.

Drew – Dental Assistant

Drew is new to the dental field but not new to healthcare. She worked in the intensive care unit for 4 years, and became interested in dentistry because she has always wanted to be involved in a profession where she is helping people. She is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality care and attention from our office. In her free time, Drew enjoys running, rescuing animals, spending time with her cats, and spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa – Dental Hygienist

Melissa earned her Dental Hygiene degree as well as her BA degree from Indiana University in 1998. She and her husband Jason have three children, JAK, Anna and Katie. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and spending time with family and friends.

Jacqueline – Dental Hygienist

Jacqueline is originally from York, England. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas Texas and has been practicing hygiene for the past twenty years. Outside of work she enjoys working out, going to concerts, attending sporting events and traveling to visit family.

Ashley – Dental Hygienist

Ashley is an Indiana native and moved to Westfield 8 years ago with her husband Ross and their two children Taylor and Jackson. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Indiana School of Dentistry in 2004. Educating and helping patients with their dental health is what she most enjoys about being a hygienist along with the lasting relationships she forms. When not in the office she is cheering on her kids at their many sporting activities.

Shyla – Dental Hygienist

Shyla earned her degree in dental hygiene in 2009 in Iowa where she grew up and practiced prior to moving to Indiana in 2014. She enjoys staying up to date on the latest technology and research to help give her patients the highest quality of care they deserve. She is dedicated to educating her patients so they can play an active role in their own dental hygiene to help ensure a lifetime of dental health. Outside of the office, Shyla and her husband make their home near downtown Indianapolis with their 2 young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her family, cooking, reading and anything music related.
